What is included in the service?
For all detailing services we have a checklist that all teams follow. This is shown on our services page. We have three different packages with varying levels of detail: standard, extensive and comprehensive.
What are the types of details?
We can offer Standard, Extensive, and comprehensive details. The differences in each is specified on our services page and will incur different pricing. Each package can be exclusively the interior or exterior of your car.
How long will it take to clean my car?
Each job duration varies based on the package/type and size of car. Most details will typically be 1-2 hours in duration with larger more complex jobs taking up to 4 hours or more.
Do I need to be at home?
Whatever works best for you. If the interior of your car is being detailed, please provide info on how to open the car. We can work via a key or lockbox to provide entry for the detailer or you can be around whilst we clean.
Do I need to provide the detailer with tools?
No, all of our detailers come fully equipped with detailing supplies
Do I need to have parking for the detailer?
We require a parking space for all our detailers. If you are unable to provide somewhere for our detailers to park, please let us know prior to the service.
Will I get the same detailer each time?
Yes we prefer to keep the same detailer on the same regular job . If for any reason we need to change we will notify you.
How do I pay for the service?
All bookings are payable via debit/credit card via the bookings page prior to the service.
Are the detailers insured?
Yes, all the detailers are fully insured with public liability insurance.
Breakage and damage of property
If there is any breakage or loss during your detail, notification of such an event must be made to Detailer Co within 48 hours of service. Photos MUST be provided. We will do our utmost to resolve any such events.
Hazards and Uncleanable Cars
If your car is deemed unsafe or hazardous, our teams will assess and potentially leave. We require all cars to be safe and risk-free for our detailers.
What if I am unhappy with the service?
If for any reason you are not happy with the detail, please forward photographic evidence of the issue and we can either send someone out to fix the problem or provide you a partial refund.
What if the detailer is late?
If the detailer is late we will do our utmost to find a replacement or reschedule to a time that suits you
How do I amend my booking?

How do I cancel the service?
Please contact us via email, phone or text to cancel. We will accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the service without any fees incurred. A cancellation fee will incur if the job is scheduled to start within the 24 hours.
Are you open on the weekend?
Yes, we are open both Saturday and Sunday
What are your opening hours?
We operate everyday 9am to 5pm, including weekends.
